PRODUCTION OPTIONS
Maximum length of finished clip: 1 minute, with maximum of 12 images.
Maximum length of narration script: 200 words
       (To check the length, use MS Word, TOOLS menu, “Word Count”)

1. AUDIO ONLY: Professional narration of your submitted script: $100

2. VIDEO WITH YOUR AUDIO: Professional production of your
        photos/graphics combined with your own prerecorded narration.  $200
3. COMPLETE AUDIO AND VIDEO: Professional narration of your
        submitted script, integrated with your photos/graphics $250    Sample

Guidelines

• All material should enhance the traveler’s experience, providing an insider’s perspective.
• Content should not be time-sensitive.
• Commercial or business promos will be most effective if they also provide useful information such as intriguing tips for travelers, nearby “must see” locations, etc.
• All media elements for the PRODUCTION OPTIONS chosen above must be submitted (via our online form) before production can begin.
• If you are providing your own recorded audio, it must be in MP3 format, at 16bit, 44kHz, 128 kbps. The maximum acceptable duration is one minute.
• If you are providing Photos/Graphics, the maximum file size is 1MB per image. The combined file size of your uploaded images must not exceed 15 MB
• You may submit a maximum of 12 images, each of which must be a separate file. Photos must be in jpg format; other graphics may be in jpg or gif format. For jpg files, the preferred dimensions and resolution are 720pixels wide by 480pixels tall, at 72 dots per inch resolution. (If a photo is in vertical rather than horizontal format, its height may be other than 480 pixels.)
• Payment is due at the time your order is placed.
• Additional fees may apply if you request revisions after you have submitted all of your audio and/or graphic files.
• The materials must be yours, or you have permission to use them.
